HOW TO MAKE LATTE ?

You only need one simple kitchen tool to make a perfectly frothy latte - a small kitchen whisk that fits inside your coffee mug, no fancy equipment is necessary!
- Brew the coffee or espresso using ALAMBÉ DAK LAK or ALAMBÉ LAM DONG.
- Heat milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Free/Vegan Latte use non-dairy milk such as almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk. You can even use a flavored creamer or condensed milk for a rich, sweet, flavored latte.
- Whisk briskly with a wire whisk to create foam.
- Pour coffee or espresso into a long glass or cappuccino glass. Next pour in the milk, holding back the foam with a spoon.
- Spoon foam over the top.
*Vanilla Latte: add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract after heating the milk.
*Chocolate / Mocha Latte: add 1-2 tablespoons chocolate syrup to milk BEFORE heating milk.
